It is the best italian restaurant in Miami. The parmigiana is amazing !! Pesto pasta and scalopine al limone are a must !! The starters and salads are also super refreshing and tasty !

I highly recommend if you want to spend a good night, with good food, good wine and good atmosphere.

I love Otto & Pepe. I know there are a lot of Italian restaurants in Miami, but I appreciate the consistency of the service, food and ambiance at Otto & Pepe. I visited for a friend's birthday last night and loved the protein dishes they added to the menu.

I think they have the best meatballs in Miami and our highlights were the caviar pasta and the lamb.

Great pasta and wine! Would come back. Portions are small, menu was not explained, and had to flag down our waiter for water multiple times but great pasta and wine selection is great.

I appreciate the wine connoisseur and would come back for a girls night.

What an amazing restaurant !The ambiance is warm and inviting, with elegant decor and just the right touch of charm. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive, making you feel like family.As for the food—simply phenomenal. Every dish is bursting with flavor and clearly made with fresh, high-quality ingredients.

The homemade pasta is a must-try, especial the pesto pasta. And the tiramisu To die for.I’ve been to many Italian restaurants, but this one stands out above the rest. It’s not just a meal—it’s an experience.

Easily the best Italian spot in Miami. Highly, highly recommended!

hosted a dinner party here and it was perfect from top to bottom. incredible staff, but the food…omg. THE BEST fresh pasta (as verified by the Italians in attendance!) Incredible salad, entrees, tiramisu.
